Message: This location was great once upon a time, since the start of covid they have been struggling to keep employees & the ones they currently have lack knowledge in their field of expertise. There's nothing more frustrating than asking for help in identifying certain parts & the employee that's supposed to know has zero knowledge about the parts they are selling or what's the part even for.
